Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from several continents, including North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
We are also proud to offer a wide selection of products from Canada and Québec. For specific information about a product’s origin, please feel free to contact one of our representatives.
Do you have certifications for sustainability and food safety?
Yes. To ensure food safety, we are SQF-certified and federally certified (HACCP). We also hold licenses from both MAPAQ and CFIA.
Our organic salmon is EcoCert certified. As a certified Ocean Wise supplier, we offer a range of Ocean Wise-recommended fish and seafood.
Where can I buy your products?
We sell exclusively to businesses, such as restaurants, retailers, and other food industry professionals. Our products are not available for individual sale.
